E-Banking Support Specialist – Full Time – Detroit Lakes Branch
Responsibilities of the E-Banking Specialist include maintaining, servicing, and supporting electronic banking products – helping customers with online banking, cash management, bill pay, remote deposit capture, mobile banking/deposits, telephone banking, Zelle and FedNow Services.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one year retail banking experience, superior customer service and communication skills, and familiarity with Windows based software systems.
