Teller – Full Time – Dalton Branch
Responsibilities of the Teller include processing customer account transactions, verifying cash and endorsements, accurately dispersing cash, processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, issuing receipts, and cashing checks.
The ideal candidate for this position will have cash handling experience, basic math skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior teller experience is highly desirable.

Wire Operations Specialist- Full Time- Any Midwest Bank Branch
Responsibilities of the Wire Operations Specialist includes processing daily wire transfer operations, ensuring accurate, timely and secure processing of domestic and international wires. This role supports internal teams and customers with wire-related needs. Works with the Bank’s Federal Reserve account and correspondent bank accounts. Invests and borrows Fed Funds daily.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma or equivalent required: associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred. One to three years of bank operations and wire processing preferred. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, excellent customer service skills, and strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Hours of work will be Monday through Friday.
Pay Range $21.50-$23.50/hour

Human Resources Assistant – Full Time – Detroit Lakes Branch
The Human Resources Assistant supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for timekeeping and payroll processing, assist with benefits administration, personnel file maintenance, recordkeeping, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This position requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills.
The ideal candidate for this position will have an Associate degree in human resources, business, accounting, or related field preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of experience in human resources, payroll, or accounting. Experience working with payroll systems, benefits administration, or HR recordkeeping preferred. Background in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

BSA & Fraud Support Specialist/Personal Banker- Full Time- Detroit Lakes Branch
This hybrid position supports the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Fraud Prevention programs while also performing Personal Banker duties. The role is designed to flex between customer-facing personal banking responsibilities and operational fraud/BSA support based on staffing and organizational needs. As the Bank’s BSA/Fraud workload evolves, this position may transition to a full-time BSA/Fraud Support Specialist role.
Time Allocation
• BSA/Fraud Support Responsibilities – Approximately 50%
• Personal Banker Responsibilities – Approximately 50%
Time allocations may fluctuate based on operational needs and may be adjusted as the role transitions.
Responsibilities of the BSA & Fraud Support Specialist/Personal Banker include reviewing and resolving daily BSA alerts, assist with fraud investigations, provide support during audits, exams and internal reviews along with opening consumer and business accounts and related services.
The ideal candidate for this position will have an associate degree in business or finance with one to three years banking experience preferred. Experience may be substitute for education. Strong organization skills and attention to detail with excellent communication and documentation skills.
Hours of work will be Monday through Friday.
Pay range $22-$25/hour
