Customer Support Specialist – Full Time – Detroit Lakes Branch

Responsibilities of this position are to provide excellent service to our customers by responding to customer issues with deposit products and services in a timely and accurate way. Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Actively provide referrals of potential customers to our personal bankers, lenders, and investment representatives.

The ideal candidate for this position will have customer service and phone experience, strong organizational skills, superior ability to multi-task, and great interpersonal communication skills.

Hours of work will be Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Pay range: $19-$23/hour

Commercial Loan Officer- Full Time- Detroit Lakes Branch    

Responsibilities of the Commercial Loan Officer are to solicit, develop, originate, maintain and service profitable high-quality commercial lending relationships with customers while adhering to all lending and compliance guidelines.  This position will also represent Midwest Bank through community involvement.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business or Finance desirable.  Banking experience may be substitute for education.  Prior lending experience is preferred.  Also, strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.  High customer service values.

 

Salary range $80,000-$100,000 Depending on Experience

Teller – Full Time – Dalton Branch

Responsibilities of the Teller include processing customer account transactions, verifying cash and endorsements, accurately dispersing cash, processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, issuing receipts, and cashing checks.

The ideal candidate for this position will have cash handling experience, basic math skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior teller experience is highly desirable.

E-Banking Support Specialist – Full Time – Detroit Lakes Branch

Responsibilities of the E-Banking Specialist include maintaining, servicing, and supporting electronic banking products – helping customers with online banking, cash management, bill pay, remote deposit capture, mobile banking/deposits, telephone banking, Zelle and FedNow Services.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one year retail banking experience, superior customer service and communication skills, and familiarity with Windows based software systems. 

Hours of work will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

Pay range: $18-$22/hour

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one-year prior banking customer service/new accounts experience, strong organizational skills, superior ability to multi-task, and great interpersonal communication skills.

Hours of work will be Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Pay range: $20-$25/hour
